Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang sama di lembaga tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) statistik, dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial (T) dan simultan (F). This article or writing aims to provide information regarding the governance of making daily financial receipt reports at PT Gala BumiPerkasa. The problem focuses on how PT Gala BumiPerkasa as the manager of Pasar Turi Baru manages the preparation of daily financial receipt reports. In order to approach this problem, Kuswadi's theoretical reference regarding the four basic frameworks of financial management is used, namely planning, recording, reporting and controlling. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation and analyzed qualitatively. This research concludes that the management of making and recording daily receipt reports at PT Gala BumiPerkasa is system-based and complies with accounting standards. Adequate human resources and digitalization in managing daily revenue reports increase efficiency in presenting financial information. In a competitive market, businesses must have a competitive advantage to influence customers' purchasing choices. This research will look at how customer recommendations influence their decision to buy shoes from West Sumatra shoe stores. With a sample of 30 people, this study used non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling approaches. In this study, simple linear regression was used to test the data. This condition is different from the Kotagede Museum, which experienced a growth in the number of visitors. In an effort to maintain existence, managers need to satisfy visitors' wants and needs. This situation is in accordance with one of the conditions for creating sustainable tourism, which takes into account visitor satisfaction. This research aims to determine visitors' attitudes towards the Kotagede Museum. This research uses a mixed method through fishbein analysis. The Fishbein multi-attribute attitude model is used as a data analysis technique. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used as data collection techniques. Questionnaires were distributed to 372 respondents and reinforced with open interviews to explore respondents' answers. The research results stated that visitors' attitudes towards the Kotagede Museum were positive, with a score of 94.313. The attitude value is in the right position of the cut-off point, between the range of agree and strongly agree. The aesthetic building attribute got the highest score (20.599), and the strategic location attribute got the lowest score (16.855). On the next trip, the development of tourism also stimulated the emergence of tourism-supporting industries such as transportation, culinary, souvenirs, and crafts. In an effort to create sustainable tourism, the presence of the batik craft industry as a tourism supporter is very much needed. Talking about green environmental issues, the batik industry also has the potential to threaten environmental sustainability. Referring to this, management needs to pay attention to and prepare various things that support business sustainability. Green human resources are interpreted as an effort to maximize their potential. This step is an organizational strategy for responding to green challenges and performance. This study will look at the extent to which green human resource management practices support the management of the management business. A qualitative research design through a literature study was used with reference to existing provisions. The results of the study explain that green human resource practices are able to support improving the quality of human resources. XYZ mengalami permasalahan pada kinerja karyawan pada penilaian kriteria sangat baik dan baik mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya, hal ini bisa mempengaruhi tujuan Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. XYZ. Dengan menggunakan 186 responden sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Marioriawa, Kabupaten Soppeng, penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode <em>purposive sampling, </em>yakni penentuan responden dari populasi dengan kriteria tertentu. Kriteria untuk menentukan responden dalam penelitian ini diantaranya: Pasien rawat jalan minimal dua kali kunjungan pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu dan Pasien rawat jalan pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu yang berumur minimal 17 tahun. Untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu, maka digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa variabel keandalan, bukti langsung, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, maka dapat diberikan saran sebagai berikut Bagi Puskesmas Batu-Batu, Demi menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan pada Puskesmas Batu-Batu. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all nurses at Antam Pomalaa Hospital. Meanwhile, the sample for this study consisted of 34 nurses, the sample was determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Work-Life Balance variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by a P-Values ​​value of 0.023. This study explores the possible influence of inflation condition in 2023 on the fluctuation of JCI value from January to December. Time series data of JCI for 12 months is used from Yahoo Finance source, and linear regression analysis through EViews is used to test the hypothesis with t-test, and data from Bank Indonesia for inflation condition. The interesting result of the study states that the fluctuation of JCI cannot be influenced by the inflation condition in 2023, especially in the studied time frame. This suggests that other factors may be more dominant in determining the movement of the JCI during that period. The importance of this study is not only to understand the dynamics of the capital market, but also as a guide for investors in making more targeted investment decisions. However, this study is not free from limitations, such as the limited time data available and the generalisation of results only to a certain time span. Hopefully, future research will identify and correct these limitations to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between economic conditions particularly regarding inflation, JCI, and the capital market. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sengkang Kabupaten wajo &nbsp;yang berjumlah 33 orang karyawan. Sampel adalah bagian dari populasi yang akan menjadi sumber data sebenarnya dalam suatu penelitian. &nbsp;Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian Ini&nbsp; adalah <em>Probabilitiy Sampling</em> melalui <em>Sampling Jenuh.</em> <em>Sampling</em> <em>Jenuh</em> adalah suatu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil semua anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dengan pertimbangan jumlah populasi relatif kecil. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk selama tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk Tahun 2018 sampai 2021 dilihat dari analisis rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio keuangan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio profitabilitas tahun 2018-2021. Berdasarkan rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021 yang diukur menggunakan rasio lancar dikatakan tidak baik, rasio solvabilitas tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021 dikatakan tidak baik karena rasio solvabilitas berada diatas standar yaitu 80%. Rasio profitabilitas tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021 dikatakan tidak baik karena rasio profitabilitas berada dibawah standar yaitu 30%. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi fakultas ekonomi angkatan 2020. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan porpusive sampling merupakan metode pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria ataupun berdasarkan atas suatu pertimbangan tertentu<strong>. </strong>Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 responden dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif&nbsp; dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 29 dan&nbsp; regresi linear berganda, serta alah uji yang digunakan adalah uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel motivasi ekonomi, motivasi kualitas, motivasi karir, dan lamanya pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi mengikuti PPAk. Hal ini didasarkan hasil uji F dengan nilai signifikan 0,01. Secara persial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan&nbsp; terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi mengikuti PPAk dari hasil uji t dengan nilai signifkan sebesar 0,07 &gt; 0,05 . motivasi kualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi mengikuti PPAk dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,01.
